Egyptian Rice

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey (or spicy ground turkey for a little kick)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 -3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 -2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup raw rice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 brown ground turkey & onion.
- 2 add remaining ingredients.
- 3 cover and simmer until rice is done.
- 4 to serve, put on top a dollop of sour cream.
- 5 and sprinkle with toasted slivered almonds.
