Egyptian Pasta Stroganoff

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 cups beef consomme
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 cup dry egyptian pasta
- 1/4 cup sour cream (to taste)
- garlic salt
- ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a medium pot brown ground chuck and onion. add minced garlic when almost done. drain.
- 2 add remaining ingredients (except sour cream). bring to a boil.
- 3 lower heat, cover and simmer until rice/pasta is done. 15 minutes? depends on what kind of rice/pasta you're using. look at package instructions.
- 4 when done stir in sour cream.
