Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs lean stew meat
- 1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms (water included)
- 2 minced fresh garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 500 ml sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup water
Recipe
- 1 brown stew meat.
- 2 in a crock pot combine all together.
- 3 cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- 4 discard bay leaf.
- 5 turn crock pot to high heat.
- 6 mix water and flour together and add to crock pot.
- 7 add sour cream and cook on high for 30 minutes.
- 8 serve over egg noodles or rice.
