Green Peas - Lamb Chow Yoke

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups lamb, sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 1/2 cups onions, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, crushed
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 cup mushroom, sliced
- 1 (10 ounce) can peas
- 1 (5 ounce) can bamboo shoots, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained, sliced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 cup water
Recipe
- 1 stir fry lamb in oil.
- 2 add onions, ginger and garlic.
- 3 add rest of vegetables.
- 4 add salt and pepper.
- 5 mix cornstarch and soy sauce into water; pour into pan; cook until thick.
