Easy Hobo Casserole

Ingredients

• Servings: 5
• 21 ounces cream of mushroom soup
• 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
• 1 (32 ounce) bag tater tots
• 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
• salt and pepper (i use essence of emeril) or other seasoning (i use essence of emeril)
• 3 lbs breakfast sausage

Recipe

• 1 press sausage into bottom of cake or casserole pan top with seasoning then tator tots and cheese in a bowl mix soup and evaporated milk pour on top of cheese
• 2 bake at 350 for 1 hr to 1 hr and 10 mins
• 3 set for 5-10 mins then serve.
