- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 medium baking potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick (about 1 1/4 pounds)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 mix soup, paprika and pepper.
- 2 arrange potatoes in a lightly greased crock pot in overlapping rows.
- 3 sprinkle with cheese.
- 4 spoon soup mixture over cheese.
- 5 cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
