Easy "restaurant Pasta" At Home

Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) box penne pasta, boiled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1 zucchini, cut into bite size pieces
- 4 -5 mixed mushrooms, quartered
- 1 cup ready-made bruschetta
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 in a large pasta pot, boil the pasta as directed.
- 2 meanwhile, in a large saute pan, on medium high heat cook the chicken breast in olive oil, garlic and italian seasoning- about 10 minutes depending on thickness of strips. add the zuchini and mushrooms to the chicken and cook 5 minutes longer or until the vegetables have softened.
- 3 drain the pasta and return it to the pot, add the brushetta topping, chicken and vegetable mixture and cheese. toss to mix.
