Easy Artichoke And Mushroom Pizza

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 8 ounces fontina cheese, shredded
  • 6 ounces car marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 4 ounces mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • olive oil
  • fresh ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 roll out pizza dough.
  • 2 sprinkle fontina over, follow with a layer of artichokes and mushrooms.
  • 3 drizzle olive oil over top.
  • 4 bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes or until crust is golden.
