Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 8 ounces fontina cheese, shredded
- 6 ounces car marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 4 ounces mushrooms, thinly sliced
- olive oil
- fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 roll out pizza dough.
- 2 sprinkle fontina over, follow with a layer of artichokes and mushrooms.
- 3 drizzle olive oil over top.
- 4 bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes or until crust is golden.
