Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
Recipe
- 1 put chicken, salsa, taco seasoning, and soup in crock pot.
- 2 cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- 3 remove from crockpot and break up chicken.
- 4 stir in sour cream.
- 5 serve over rice.
