Hash Browns Potato Casserole

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 combine potatoes, butter, onion, soup, sour cream, and cheese; stir well.
  • 2 spoon mixture into greased casserole dish.
  • 3 bake for 50 minutes at 350°f.
