- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash browns, thawed
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 combine potatoes, butter, onion, soup, sour cream, and cheese; stir well.
- 2 spoon mixture into greased casserole dish.
- 3 bake for 50 minutes at 350°f.
