Ingredients

- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup dry wine
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 5 potatoes, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 thick lamb chops
Recipe
- 1 in large bowl, combine soup, wine, mustard, thyme, garlic and pepper. add potatoes and onions, stirring to coat.
- 2 transfer to slow cooker. top with lamb chops. cover and cook on low 7-8 hours.
