Dijon Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup dry wine
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 5 potatoes, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 4 thick lamb chops

Recipe

  • 1 in large bowl, combine soup, wine, mustard, thyme, garlic and pepper. add potatoes and onions, stirring to coat.
  • 2 transfer to slow cooker. top with lamb chops. cover and cook on low 7-8 hours.
