Dijon Mushroom Beef

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 lb boneless beef top sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 3/4 cup nonfat milk
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- hot cooked no yolk noodles (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in a large nonstick skillet, saute mushrooms and onion in oil until tender.
- 2 remove and set aside.
- 3 in the same skillet, cook beef until no longer pink.
- 4 add the soup, milk, mustard and mushroom mixture.
- 5 bring to a boil and reduce heat; cook and stir until thickened.
- 6 serve over hot cooked noodles if desired.
