Dijon Lamb Loin Roast - Oamc

Total Time: 3 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 5 lbs boneless lamb loin
  • 1/2 cup dry wine
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place lamb roast in a large zipper freezer bag.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients, seal bag and squish it around to mix together and coat lamb.
  • 3 place in freezer.
