Funghi Marinati (marinated Oyster Mushrooms)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 150 g oyster mushrooms
  • 100 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 15 g chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 slice the mushrooms.
  • 2 mix the vinegar with 300 ml of water and bring to the boil.
  • 3 add the mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4 drain and mix with the parsley and garlic.
  • 5 allow to marinade for at least two hours.
  • 6 add salt, pepper and olive oil to taste.
