Funghi Marinati (marinated Oyster Mushrooms)

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 150 g oyster mushrooms
- 100 ml balsamic vinegar
- 15 g chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
Recipe
- 1 slice the mushrooms.
- 2 mix the vinegar with 300 ml of water and bring to the boil.
- 3 add the mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 4 drain and mix with the parsley and garlic.
- 5 allow to marinade for at least two hours.
- 6 add salt, pepper and olive oil to taste.
