- 32 ounces hash browns
- 2 cups light cheddar cheese
- 1 cup fat free sour cream
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can healthy request cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup butter
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix sour cream and soup together in a large bowl.
- 2 add cheese, onion, salt and pepper.
- 3 fold in hash browns and mix thouroughly.
- 4 cook at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
