Grilled Steak Pinwheels

Ingredients

- 2 (1 lb) flank steaks, trimmed
- 1/2 lb bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1 cup finely chopped mushroom
- 1 cup finely chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
Recipe
- 1 pound flank steaks on each side to even thickness.
- 2 combine mushrooms, onion, basil and chives.
- 3 spread evenly over steaks.
- 4 roll the meat up and secure with skewers or tooth picks.
- 5 cut each roll into 1/2 to 3/4 inch slices and secure with tooth picks.
- 6 grill over hot heat for 4-6 minutes per side or until meat reaches desired doneness.
- 7 remove picks before serving.
