Ingredients

- 3 lbs beef roast
- 10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 1 ounce dry onion soup mix (1/2-1 envelope)
Recipe
- 1 rinse beef, pat dry, and place in slow cooker.
- 2 pour mushroom soup over top. sprinkle with dry soup mix.
- 3 cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, or until meat is tender but not dry.
