Fill You Up Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

- 16 ounces extra wide egg noodles
- 3 (6 ounce) cans light chunk tuna in water (drained)
- 1 (20 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, or
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 16 ounces mild cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups french-fried onions, cheddar flavor
Recipe
- 1 1. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 2. spray bottom and sides of a 9x13 pan with no stick cooking sparay.
- 3 3. cook egg noodles according to package directions.
- 4 4. in a large bowl mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, peas, 8oz of cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 cup of french fried onions.
- 5 5. add tuna and noodles.
- 6 6. put mixture in 9x13 pan, top with remaining cheese, cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- 7 7. remove foil, top with 1 cup french fried onions and bake for additional 15 minutes.
