Grilled Stuffed Portabellas

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 portabella mushroom caps, only, about the same size
  • 1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 slices crisp bacon

Recipe

  • 1 clean and wash the portabellos caps.
  • 2 in a small bowl mix the bread crumbs and cream cheese.
  • 3 crumble the bacon into the cream cheese mixture.
  • 4 spread generously over the portabello caps.
  • 5 place two caps together and grill for about 5 minutes on each side.
  • 6 serve over a bed of lettuce.
