Chicken Marsala

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 lbs thin chicken cutlets
- butter or oil (for sauteeing)
- 10 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1/2 cup marsala wine
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
Recipe
- 1 saute cutlets in butter or oil until browned and cooked through.
- 2 remove from pan.
- 3 add butter to pan and add mushrooms.
- 4 saute until slightly browned.
- 5 add chicken broth and wine.
- 6 in a separate cup, mix water and cornstarch; add to pan.
- 7 bring to a boil and stir until thickened.
- 8 pour over chicken.
- 9 serve with rice or noodles.
