Healthy Miso Soup

Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup bonito flakes
- 3 tablespoons miso
- 4 shiitake mushrooms
- 16 small scallops
- 8 medium shrimp
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 make dashi stock by adding dashi flakes to the water . bring to boil set aside to cool when flakes float to bottom discard.
- 2 to make the soup.
- 3 bring broth to boil.
- 4 add mushrooms cook for one minute.
- 5 reduce heat add miso.
- 6 stir till dissolve.
- 7 then stir in soy and add shrimp ans scallops.
- 8 till cook
- 9 serve 2 shrimp and 4 scallop to each person.
