- 1 (6 1/4 ounce) box long grain and wild rice blend
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (or chicken)
- 1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 (15 ounce) can cut baby corn
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 deg f.
- 2 combine ingredients in baking dish and mix.
- 3 bake for 1 hour, stirring half way through.
