Garlic Sizzled Mushrooms

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 5 cups quartered mushrooms, , about 1 lb
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 dash salt and black pepper
  • 10 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1/2 cup no-salt-added beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Recipe

  • 1 heat the olive oil in a large nonstick frypan coated with cooking spray over medium high heat.
  • 2 add mushrooms, crushed red pepper, garlic, and a dash of salt, saute 3 minutes.
  • 3 reduce heat to medium.
  • 4 add the broth and a dash of black pepper, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 5 remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley.
