Garlic Sizzled Mushrooms

Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 5 cups quartered mushrooms, , about 1 lb
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 dash salt and black pepper
- 10 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1/2 cup no-salt-added beef broth
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Recipe
- 1 heat the olive oil in a large nonstick frypan coated with cooking spray over medium high heat.
- 2 add mushrooms, crushed red pepper, garlic, and a dash of salt, saute 3 minutes.
- 3 reduce heat to medium.
- 4 add the broth and a dash of black pepper, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5 remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley.
