Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 cups cooked chicken breasts, cut in chunks
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
- 1/2 cup sliced water chestnut
- 3 tablespoons minced onions
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can sliced mushroom
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except soup.
- 2 place in a 2 quart dish.
- 3 pour undiluted soup over top without mixing.
- 4 bake at 300* for 30 minutes.
- 5 during the last 15 minutes of bake time, top with your favorite crunchy top.
- 6 example: crushed potato chips or crushed ritz crackers.
- 7 or top with grated cheese.
