Funghi Trifolati

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 ounces button mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces oyster mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 2 large garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Recipe

  • 1 in large skillet, heat oil. add mushrooms and sauté until tender and starting to brown, about 7 minutes. season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2 stir in garlic and parsley and cook until garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
