- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup rice
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can french onion soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) beef consomme soup
- 1 cup canned mushroom (button )
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 melt butter and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish.
- 2 dump all other ingredients into the dish, and stir.
- 3 bake at 350 f for 1 hour.
