- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lb mushroom, sliced
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a chaffing dish.
- 2 add garlic, mushrooms, parsley, salt and pepper.
- 3 cook until mushrooms are tender (about 30 minutes).
- 4 fold in sour cream.
- 5 serve on melba toast.
