Ingredients
- 2 lbs stewing beef
- 1 (38 1/2 g) envelope onion soup mix
- 1 (10 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
- 3/4 cup cooking sherry
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 (10 ounce) cans button mushrooms
Recipe
- 1 place first 4 ingredients in crock-pot and cook on low for 8 hours.
- 2 mix flour and water together until blended.
- 3 stir into crock-pot mixture.
- 4 add mushrooms.
- 5 cook for one more hour.
