Ingredients

- 1 (1 1/2-2 lb) flank steaks
- 1 (1 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream, room temperature
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325-degrees f.
- 2 cut flank steak into thirds and then crosswise int 1/4-inch slices.
- 3 in a casserole dish combine steak, onion soup mix and cream of mushroom soup. cover.
- 4 bake for 1 hour.
- 5 stir some of the sauce into the sour cream, then blend back into the meat mixture with the remainder of the sour cream.
- 6 serve over noodles.
