Chicken Licken

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 (6 ounce) can mushrooms
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup tomato
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup heavy cream
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in dutch oven and brown chicken.
- 2 remove meat and brown onion and garlic.
- 3 add seasonings, tomatoes, broth and mushrooms.
- 4 put the chicken back in and simmer, covered for 40 minutes.
- 5 remove meat and keep warm.
- 6 blend cornstarch to smooth paste with the cream.
- 7 stir into sauce. simmer 5 munutes stirring constantly.
- 8 pour sauce over chicken and serve with hot noodles.
