Crockery Pot Easy Swiss Steak

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 2 -3 lbs round steaks
• 2 (3 ounce) packages onion soup mix
• 2 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup, sop
• 1 cup water

Recipe

• 1 trim fat and cut steak into 5 or 6 serving size pieces. place in crockery pot. add dry onion soup mix, water and mushroom soup. cover and cook 6-8 hours.
• 2 note: this makes a lot of gravy. if you want less gravy, use 1 package onion soup mix, 1 can of mushroom soup and 1/4 cup of water.
