Ground Chuck Meatloaf With Sage

Total Time: 3 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • 2 -2 1/2 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 lb lamb sausage (i use bob evans)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 -1 1/2 tablespoon sage
  • 1 stalk celery (chopped fine)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped fine)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (4 ounce) package mushrooms
  • 1 (1/4 lb) package cracker (crushed fine)

Recipe

  • 1 mix meats together, add eggs, salt, pepper and sage, mix well.
  • 2 add celery,onion and mushroom and mix well.
  • 3 shape into a high loaf and bake on a rack with water below.
  • 4 bake at 350°f for about 2 to 3 hours.
