Ground Chuck Meatloaf With Sage

Ingredients
- 2 -2 1/2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 lb lamb sausage (i use bob evans)
- salt and pepper
- 1 -1 1/2 tablespoon sage
- 1 stalk celery (chopped fine)
- 1 medium onion (chopped fine)
- 3 eggs
- 1 (4 ounce) package mushrooms
- 1 (1/4 lb) package cracker (crushed fine)
Recipe
- 1 mix meats together, add eggs, salt, pepper and sage, mix well.
- 2 add celery,onion and mushroom and mix well.
- 3 shape into a high loaf and bake on a rack with water below.
- 4 bake at 350°f for about 2 to 3 hours.
