Ground Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

- 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup mushroom, fresh and sliced
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- hot cooked noodles
Recipe
- 1 in a skillet, cook beef and onion in butter until meat is no longer pink.
- 2 stir in mushrooms, flour, garlic, salt and pepper.
- 3 cook and stir for 5 minutes.
- 4 add chili sauce and worcestershire sauce.
- 5 reduce heat; cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
- 6 stir in sour cream just before serving; heat through but do not boil.
- 7 serve over hot noodles.
