Tuna Cashew Casserole
Ingredients

- 1 (3 ounce) can chow mein noodles
- 1 (6 ounce) can chunk light tuna in water, drained
- 1 cup roasted salted cashews
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup water

Cook Time: 30 mins
Ready Time: 40 mins
- preheat an oven to 375 degrees f (190 degrees c).
- measure 1/2 cup of the chow mein noodles and set aside. combine the remaining noodles, tuna, cashews, celery mushroom soup, and water in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. top with the 1/2 cup of noodles you set aside.
- bake in the preheated oven until heated through, about 30 minutes.
