Burgundy Chicken Mozzone

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 chicken, cut in pieces
  • flour
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup burgundy wine
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon oregano
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lb mushroom, sliced
  • 3 bell peppers, slices, seeds removed

Recipe

  • 1 dredge chicken with flour and brown in oil.
  • 2 mix tomato sauce, wine, salt, pepper and oregano in a small bowl.
  • 3 put chicken in a baking dish after browned.
