Ham And Potato Scones

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 4 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
  • 4 mushrooms, finely diced
  • 4 slices ham, finely diced
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • salt & pepper
  • oil (for frying)

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except oil. turn onto a floured board and knead until smooth. roll out like a large sausage. cut into 10 slices.
  • 2 heat oil and fry each slice until browned on both sides. serve with butter for breakfast.

  • 5 1 cup cooked and diced chicken.
  • 6 4 slices bacon, diced and lightly cooked.
  • 7 3 tbsp grated cheddar cheese.

  • 10 1/2 green pepper, seeded and diced.
  • 11 3 tbsp corn kernels, drained.
