Ham And Potato Scones

Ingredients

- 4 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 4 mushrooms, finely diced
- 4 slices ham, finely diced
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- salt & pepper
- oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except oil. turn onto a floured board and knead until smooth. roll out like a large sausage. cut into 10 slices.
- 2 heat oil and fry each slice until browned on both sides. serve with butter for breakfast.
