Ingredients

- 1 cup butter, no substitutions
- 32 ounces fresh mushrooms
- 2 (1/2 ounce) packages ranch buttermilk salad dressing mix
Recipe
- 1 remove the stems and clean the mushrooms by brushing off all the dirt or, as my daughter does, by simply peeling.
- 2 melt butter in large skillet and add mushrooms. saute until tender.
- 3 add ranch dressing packets and cook until some of the liquid evaporates.
