Hot Mushroom Bacon Spread

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 150 g bacon
• 150 g mushrooms, chopped
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 clove garlic
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce
• 1/2 cup sour cream

Recipe

• 1 cook bacon crisp and crumble.
• 2 saute mushrooms, onion and garlic in 2 t of bacon fat until soft, (5 minutes).
• 3 stir until smooth.
• 4 add flour, pepper and cream cheese; stir until smooth.
• 5 stir in worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and sour cream.
• 6 serve warm or chilled on crackers.
