Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) box elbow macaroni
- 3 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 lb bacon, cut into pieces
- 1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- 5 hot peppers, chopped
- texas pete, yellow
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook macaroni.
- 2 in skillet, add a little oil to cover bottom- cut bacon into small pieces and put in pan.
- 3 add chopped onions, green pepper, hot peppers, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- 4 fry until bacon is done, but not hard.
- 5 add mushrooms and texas pete hot sauce.
- 6 drain macaroni.
- 7 mix all together.
- 8 enjoy!
