Ground Turkey & Rice Goulash

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes, diced
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes, stewed
- 4 cups brown rice
- 1 (15 ounce) can mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 1/2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 put rice and water into covered microwave safe container for 15mins.
- 2 fry and drain ground turkey.
- 3 add both cans of tomatoes, mushrooms,garlic and onions to drained turkey.
- 4 cook for 15mins uncovered.
- 5 stir in rice
- 6 turn off heat, let mix for a few minutes.
- 7 serve and enjoy!
