Ground Beef Stroganoff

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup mushroom, fresh and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • hot cooked noodles

Recipe

  • 1 in a skillet, cook beef and onion in butter until meat is no longer pink.
  • 2 stir in mushrooms, flour, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • 3 cook and stir for 5 minutes.
  • 4 add chili sauce and worcestershire sauce.
  • 5 reduce heat; cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
  • 6 stir in sour cream just before serving; heat through but do not boil.
  • 7 serve over hot noodles.
