Dried Beef Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 11 ounces cream cheese
• 1 (4 ounce) jar diced mushrooms
• 1 (2 1/2 ounce) jar dried beef
• warm water
• 1 1/2 teaspoons accent seasoning
• 3/4 cup chopped green onion
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Recipe

• 1 soak beef in warm water to cover for 5 minutes to remove salt.
• 2 drain beef and mince.
• 3 cream together softened cheese, mushrooms, beef, accent, and onion.
• 4 form into a ball and roll in pecans.
• 5 chill before serving.
